From the marsh to your garden
Plants grown by hand, on the banks of the Palais river, without engines or chemicals.

Rainwater and spring water
Collected by gutters, stored in tanks. Topped up by solar pump from a spring-fed pond. Minimal watering — our plants learn to find water on their own.
Leaf compost, molehill earth
Alder, oak, hornbeam, buckthorn, ash. Acacia branches for nitrogen fixation. Not a gram of chemical input.
A broadfork and bare hands
The soil is worked only once, the first year. After that, the beds enrich themselves — harvest waste, wild herbs, compost.
Plants that endure
Sparingly watered, never forced. Our plants grow in the marsh — they arrive at your door already adapted to the real world.
