This website collects as little data as possible: only what is needed to prepare your reservation. Nothing is sold, nothing is used for advertising.

Reservation

- to prepare your reservation, tell you when it is ready and arrange collection. Legal basis: performance of your reservation (GDPR, article 6(1)(b)).

- 2 years after collection (the length of the legal guarantee of conformity); 1 month after a cancellation.
“Back in stock” alert
- Data
- e-mail address, language of the page.
- Why
- to write to you when the plant is back. Legal basis: your consent (article 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time with the unsubscribe link in every e-mail.

- until you unsubscribe, and 1 year at most.

Audience measurement, without cookies
The website counts the pages viewed each day and notes the website you came from (a search engine, for example). No IP address, no identifier, no cookie: nothing can be used to recognise you. These figures are kept for 13 months.
Server logs
Like any web server, the server records each request (IP address, page requested, time) for security and troubleshooting: this is a legitimate interest (article 6(1)(f)). These logs have a limited size and are erased automatically as they fill up. Your contact details are not in them.
Backups
A copy of the database is made every hour, and each copy is erased after 48 hours.
Cookies
A single cookie for visitors, needed for the basket and for the security of forms. It is erased when you close your browser, so it does not require your consent. No audience measurement or advertising cookies. The nursery owner, when signing in to the site's administration, also receives a sign-in cookie valid for 30 days; the record of those sign-ins (IP address, browser) is erased after 30 days.
Who sees your data
Only the nursery owner. The website and the mailbox are hosted by Infomaniak Network SA, in Switzerland: the European Union recognises that Switzerland protects data to the same level as it does (adequacy decision). No data is sold or passed on to anyone else.
Your rights
You can access, correct or erase your data, restrict or object to its use, and receive it in a common format (GDPR, articles 15 to 21). Write to contact@pepiniere-palais.fr: you will receive an answer within one month at most. If you believe your rights are not respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority.
